PHYSIOTHERAPY IN CLINIC

Physiotherapy restores, maintains, and optimises strength, mobility, and overall function. Physiotherapists use their in-depth understanding of the body to assess, diagnose, and treat specific injuries, illnesses, or sources of pain.

Treatment begins with a thorough assessment, which may include strength and range of motion testing, as well as analysis of posture, gait, and balance. As a chartered physiotherapist, Jen uses a variety of techniques to support healing, reduce pain, improve joint mobility and strength, restore physical function, optimise recovery, and prevent future injury. She also helps clients manage long-term conditions, ensuring ongoing support for sustained health and mobility. Her goal is to help clients return to work, sports, daily activities, or anything else their condition or injury is currently preventing them from doing.

What do we treat? Anything that involves musculoskeletal pain or movement

At Jen Stroud Physiotherapy, Jen treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions with personalised, high-quality care. She helps patients recover from injuries, manage pain, and regain mobility, whether dealing with back, neck, shoulder, hip, knee, ankle, or foot pain. Jen also supports recovery after surgery or trauma, guiding patients back to a pain-free, active life.

Getting in touch

The quickest way to contact me is by email, text or WhatsApp, as I am often treating patients during the day and may not be able to answer the phone.

If you would like to book an appointment, you can use the online booking system by clicking here or send me an email with a brief description of your symptoms and I will be happy to advise.

If you prefer to call, please leave a voicemail with your name, contact number and a short message. I return non-urgent phone calls on Tuesdays and Thursdays and will get back to you as soon as I can.

Thank you for your patience. As a small independent practice, I personally manage all enquiries and appointments alongside my clinical work.
