JEN STROUD
Clinic Owner
Musculoskeletal, Women’s Health and Rehab Physiotherapist
BSc HCPC CSP AACP APOGP

I graduated as a Physiotherapist from Plymouth University with a First Class Honors Degree. Since then, I've been dedicated to working in the field of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation. My favourite areas to treat are the neck and the knee. However, I have treated all areas of the body and really enjoy helping people to learn about their bodies and recover from injury, illness or pain.

My biggest accomplishment is helping women with Pelvic Health issues, and I'm truly passionate about Women's Health as it's a crucial topic affecting so many.

I have postgraduate training and CPD knowledge including gait and balance rehabilitation, spinal study day at Treliske Hospital in Truro, female urinary incontinence and pelvic floor dysfunction, menopause, pregnancy, post-natal, pessaries and pessary fitting, prolapse, Acupuncture, Scar Therapy and more.

HOLLY CUMMINGS

Specialist Physiotherapist in Adult Rehabilitation BSc HCPC CSP

With over 18 years of experience working within the NHS, I bring a deep and well-rounded clinical background to every individual I support. My practice spans a wide range of specialties including neurology, rehabilitation, orthopaedics, older adult care, prolonged hospital stays and deconditioning, post-ICU recovery, respiratory care, general surgery, falls management and fracture recovery. I also have extensive experience supporting those living with  long term conditions, amputees, individuals requiring bariatric care and those  requiring complex manual handling.

I offer a kind, compassionate, and empathetic service grounded in a holistic approach. My work is centred on understanding each person as a whole, ensuring care is not only clinically sound but genuinely supportive and respectful.

Throughout my career, I have worked extensively and collaboratively with a wide range of healthcare professionals ensuring joined-up, patient-centred care. This has given me strong knowledge of community services, equipment, and resources that may benefit patients, and enables me to provide fully informed, holistic support. I am committed to carrying out thorough assessment, thoughtful signposting, and providing interventions that genuinely enhance quality of life.

My practice is goal-focused—working collaboratively with each person to rebuild confidence, restore independence, and help them achieve the outcomes that matter most to them, so they can live their lives more fully and comfortably.

Why should I see Holly?

A physiotherapist home visit makes rehab more practical and effective because the therapist works with you in your own environment. They can tailor exercises to your space, check for safety risks, and help you practice real-life activities at home—all while saving you the stress and effort of traveling to a clinic.
